Neon Tonic Records Chooses Magnus as New PR Agency

Arcadia, Calif, July 1, 2001—Neon Tonic Records, an independent jazz label created by Norman Lear’s Act III Communications, has selected Magnus & Co. to publicize and promote the Live at Caesars Palace compilation, a collection of never-before-heard recordings of live performances from the famed Circus Maximus showroom at Caesars Palace.

Live at Caesars Palace, which features Sammy Davis, Jr., Duke Ellington, Lena Horne, Ann-Margret, Frank Sinatra, Keely Smith and Andy Williams, will be available exclusively at the Caesars Resorts in Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe, and Atlantic City, beginning July 22. The collection will also be sold aboard the Crystal Cruises ships, which feature Caesars Palace at Sea casinos, and through the resort’s Web site. Magnus will support the launch with a well-defined public relations program that targets national entertainment, lifestyle, business and news media.
